your project stays between us. we don’t keep or act on project proposals without the person who proposed it.

nothing starts without written authorization from someone who owns what we’re working on, or someone they’ve named in writing. we verify it. no owner, no work: we don’t work a target for someone who doesn’t own it.

nothing starts without written scope. it’s a hard boundary. if we find something worth your attention outside it, you’ll hear about it, but we don’t touch it until the scope says we can.

the terms of a project are yours to set with us. how we stay in touch, what merits an immediate call, what ships to you at the end, what we hold and for how long. then we hold to it exactly. nothing outside the agreed-upon survives the project.

we sometimes turn down projects, and we won’t always say why.
